SMART is an acronym with minor variations:
Specific. As mentioned earlier, a good goal is specific. Make a goal as specific as possible, so expectations are developed, the clarity is formed, and the road to success is clear. A specific objective to offer an excellent awareness and understanding of the requirements to achieve this. Develop a long-term accuracy of the goals, then break it down into goals for year, month, week and day to day activities.
Measurable. Another common problem discussed in the past people did not set measurable objectives. How is your progress can be monitored in order to achieve the goal specified time? Realistic. A realistic goal is that you believe is accessible. Relates to "attainable". An example of a realistic goal is reached by someone. It is realistic, if you have the time and opportunity to muster the resources to do so. (Do not underestimate your ability to gather the necessary resources.) Takes realism to the belief, motivation and action.
Tangible. Too often the targets floating in our minds. Create as many tangible forms of your goal as witnesses to this effect surprising that your goal is clear. Write your goals on paper to create tangibility. Hear, see, smell, taste or feel your goal. Use your five senses to stir a strong inner desire to chase your goals. Your feelings will be reinforced with concrete goals. Also, monitor your progress is not based on an uncertain sense of development, but on the substantive changes, it will make you self-motivation. Look for solid evidence that you are making progress towards your goals.
