3 Biz / Marketing Participatory Learning The NFL Game

Over the years, I attended my participation in sporting events, but I must say that there is much love to live NFL games. In fact, I'd like to share three of these lessons then that can also be used to build your business.
First Know what business you are really in. Think the NFL is just about football? Think again. NFL is entertainment, and yes the NFL is aware.
At least for the Arizona Cardinals (could be different in other stages), but with the cheerleaders and a large red bird race, they also have a bunch of little skits planned throughout the game. Given the number of ads to sit through when you watch a game on TV, it is remarkable how little downtime to live a game.So not, what companies really are? And most likely, not in the business you think you are in. For example, you may think it is a coach and is in the business of coaching, but in reality, that their customers really want a coach? No, they want results they get from their training. (Think of this, people are busy, do you think they really want to take time each week or each month to talk about? They do it because they see the value and results. They are certainly not do so because they have an extra hour Hence they do not know what to do with.)
Focus on what the field is really in it, and you have a much easier time attracting customers.
2. You can not bore anyone to buy their products or services. Now, I realize the NFL a little easier as they are in the entertainment field. But what to do?
I'm not saying you have to dress costume Red Bird and acting stupid to run. But you must be at least an ideal attractive to customers, so they want to listen to what you have to say. If you take them, do not stick around.
What can you do to the most interesting (or, better yet, fun) in your marketing?
3. Pay attention to little things. Again, this could be Phoenix, but I must say that this city, which is when it comes to moving large numbers of people around. (I also experienced during my participation in the marathon.) I'm amazed at how quickly you get in and out of games and parking. (Even created a line of additional toilets near the parking area in case you do not want to wait in line at the stadium.)
All this may seem a small thing - after all, you will not play because it is easy to park - it really adds to the overall experience. As is well known that you can watch a game without being stuck in traffic for hours going to the bathroom.
Then this "little" things that you can offer your clients? What intangible you can give them that seem small but can make a big difference? Maybe you have some good forms or templates, you can gift. Or maybe you bring a wonderful community, and you give your customers to network with each other.
Think of some things that can be offered to customers who do not pay a lot of time or money, but it can really make a difference in how you feel about yourself.
