"Golf Fitness" is often confused with golfers who happen to use - like everyone else. But - traditional fitness routine, not what you do is you are serious about the game and the longevity of your body. Here are several exercises to avoid. If golf is your big goal - then you should not train that muscle head in the gym. Here are several golf exercises alleged that can actually harm your game - and your body for sure.
To tell the truth - I cringe when I see golfers pump up the weights and machines in the gym. As a matter of fact - I think it's pretty foolish for the golfer typical weight lifting and pumping on all machines to try to improve its performance in golf.
Your golf training should focus on stretching and flexibility exercises to improve - and then moves conditioning core.

Most of what I just mentioned can be done very efficiently with simple bodyweight exercises.
Add in some resistance bands convenient and cheap, nice carpet, a ball 55 or 65 cm Swiss exercise /, maybe a light medicine ball, and maybe a light hand weight (year 8, 10 and 12) - and you have everything you need for some serious golf conditioning and performance enhancement - and a clever, in any fitness program well balanced in all areas of your life - even in the bedroom (because the rating also has to know - ask your wife).
With all that being said - I know that there are few players who always will "go to the gym and do what others ... So - if you like here's a few body and the destruction of set of exercises I suggest you fall off your program:
ONE - pulldowns in the neck / head
DOS - shoulder presses behind the head / neck
THREE - Stiff Legged Dead lifts
FOUR - traditional bench press
FIVE - grand openings or openings regular dumbbell Cross cable
SIX - old-school Sit-Ups
These are just a handful of games available and the murderers of the body - and more - but do not want to overwhelm you. You must understand that as a golf nut you have to do exercises that reflect their choice of sport and how your body has to do in this sport in particular - in his case, the Golf Sport-being.
Unlike other sports - golf requires a combination of strength, flexibility and power of the "golf muscles" that simply can not be performed in a program of traditional strength training.
