How To Warm Up For A Football Game

Sometimes, some stretching techniques can do more harm than good. Knowing what is good for you when preparing for a football game.
How to warm to a football match
Are the stretching techniques in preparation for the football game right for you? It may be a better way for you to avoid accidents.
There are many ways to stretch before a soccer match for the detachment of the muscles to avoid pain and injury during rigorous play. It seems to be a set of stretching techniques offered by sports medicine to the condition of living in a physical effort. But these techniques are right for everyone?
A soccer player and coach for over thirty years now, I have witnessed all sorts of ways that amateur athletes go through stretching before a game, and I tried something, even at the instigation of others . I'm never on these stretching techniques, but because they caused some discomfort, which seemed to inhibit my game warm-up for the match to stretch was not for me.
Most of the players to stretch before a match, but some of us, who would you give to this practice in their warm-up techniques. I believe that, based on my observations over the years, the strongest supporters for a long time before the game extends periods are also those players who suffer from all kinds of problems in the legs and knees and pulling the muscles and cramps. I do stretching exercises before the football game. I do not understand the importance of preparing the body for this type of exercise, but go through the ritual, which kept me virtually injury-free (unless caused by the opponents during the game), and works more efficiently for me. Actually, stretching is not a positive effect on my performance, or injury to the fruit. A couple of times I stretched really made me less effective.
The way I warmed to each football game I ever played, and there were over 700 of them were just dribbling the ball a little at a light trot, and then back with another player and then taking hard knocks in order. Just going through the motions to kick the soccer ball back and running and shooting, that sort of thing, just nice and easy at first, then more vigorously than the game time approached.
Now I'm not saying this is the right way to warm up to any kind of sport. We all have our ideas about what is the best way to condition the future sporting event, and I've always believed that everything that works for you is right, you can do. But I have noticed that players who have warmed the same way that I was slowly getting the ball without any kind of stretching before they were even those who have the fewest problems with tight muscles and cramps, and such a thing. Nothing scientific, just my observation over three decades.
I agree that there are benefits in light stretching to get the rest if you have not been active for some time, but if you participate in some type of regular physical exercise, stretching a long period can not be your best option. Your body will tell you what is good for you, trying various techniques of heating. Like some aspects do not work for me, my methods to warm up may not be for everyone, either. The key is to just do something for free, both physically and mentally, before a football game without being overbearing.
