Summerville tends to be one of the areas of home buyers making "from above to live in the Charleston area. This small village is located further inland, which means that land is more affordable. Center 40 minutes Charleston car and the nearest beach is less than an hour away.

I organized these areas is based on the three most popular (and popular facility): golf, pool and tennis courts. All these subdivisions are located in the town of Summerville. So I do not like cities outside Ladson, sometimes grouped in this field. These groups are buyers looking for Summerville real estate.
Golf: Summerville has three main communities of the golf course. Wescott Plantation is the most popular (and cost) of the three. You can choose from apartments, townhouses and single-family house. Wescott Plantation is by far the majority of Summerville. In fact, it is often called the West Park in Summerville. Legend Oaks Plantation is the second cheapest of the three golf communities in Summerville. Legend Oaks is a feeling a little 'higher level to it. The $ 200 + price range, you can find your dream home at this time with some builders of new construction. Pine Forest Country Club is the smallest of the three communities, and houses a little 'more on average. This community is unique in that the land was previously used Hunt Club Pine Forest Inn. Golf Course, which belonged to the inn was one of the first seven in the United States has created the course, however, the Pinewood Country Club is a full review.
