Soccer Drills For U8
A football coach is like a teacher, but instead of working with theoretical information, it aims to get his students to apply what he is trying to get to them. But if you just said outright some of them to stay back, dribble or not, you simply take pleasure from them. What you do is, again, work on a reward system that can help them understand why you want to sit here and there, or do not do this and rewards should not be about that.The material things. Even congratulate your guys when they come to listen to your wishes, just reward for them.
Soon work harder and respect your request not as forced, but because they are trying to "good job" Congratulations on your behalf.
